There's quite a few websites out there that track server/ranks/stats etc for Ark.
This seems like a good site. Refreshes every 5mins.

Tells you who's on the server right now, how long they have been on. Server version (sweet)
Also things like the last 24 hour activity on players numbers etc.
There is some extra stats it can do if the server admin claims the Server on this web site above.
Up to you KnighterRyda if you claim it but handy for everyone to use.
